I bought minecraft from the eneba site. Then I put the code in the Microsoft Store and the game works fine until today. I tried to play Minecraft but it asks me to buy the game even though I already bought it. I went to look in my purchase history and I see that the exchange with the game code is marked cancelled. So I contacted Microsoft(Xbox) and they confirmed the seller Eneba canceled the use of my Minecraft code. I'm asking for a refund because I just can't play. I would like a refund or product replacement.

After further inspection, our specialists have clarified that the circumstances were escalated to the seller from whom you purchased the key, they were able to confirm the problem and offer a refund for the purchase as a solution.
