bonjour, j ai acheté un téléphone pour un cadeau à ma femme offert le 19 02 2022et elle me dit que le téléphone bug avec un écran noir à l'ouverture d'une application et quand quelqu'un l'appel le téléphone grésille , je ne suis pas satisfait du produit et vous demande le remboursement du produit car je souhaite rétracter pour non conformité du produit.
