Avis et Réclamation Vueling - Demande remboursement vols vueling annulés

14/12/2021 Notification par Vueling, de l"annulation du vol A€ller NTE AGP.E reponse, Demande Credit de vol pour l'aller, et de fait le retour n'étant pas réalisable, demande du remboursement du vol retour AGP-NTE.
Credit de vol accordé pour un montant de 560,29€ pour compenser le vol aller. Le vol retour est toujours en attente de remboursement (ce qui est bien noté sur le site Vueling).
Une réclamation a été faite via le site de Vueling sans réponse, sauf à passer par "claimvueling" (de fait Europe assistance qui s'est déclarée non concerné! )Vu les difficultés à passer par le site ou le centre d'appels France,

Les vols concernés par la réclamation sont des vols transfrontaliers FRANCE - Espagne.
Conformément à l’article R616-1 du Code de la Consommation, tout professionnel a l’obligation de mentionner les coordonnées du médiateur dont il relève, dans ses documents commerciaux .
Si ces coordonnées existent pour VUELING, elles ne sont pas visibles dans les documents fournis. Est ce que Vueling peut les transmettre ?
