Volotea - Demande remboursement d'un vol volotea via kiwi.com

Bonjour
J'ai réservé un vol Santorin-Athènes pour le 2/11/2022 le 31 août 2022 pour 4 personnes soit 240€ et 31€ pour l'option Air help qui ne m'a servi à rien. Le 10 septembre kiwi m'envoie un message pour me signaler que le vol V74111 retenu et payé (10h35-11H30° est annulé. Il me propose alors un vol pour le dimanche 30 octobre (nous arrivions à Santorin le 31/10 !) ou sinon des vols 3 à 4 fois plus chers ! J'ai tout de suite demandé le remboursement comme indiqué sur le mel et à ce jour toujours rien. Ils m'ont répondu que cela mettrait du temps à être remboursé partiellement (?) mais 4 mois après je trouve cela très long. J'ai écrit plusieurs fois mais rien n'y fait.
Peut-être pourriez-vous intervenir auprès de Kiwi ou Volotea ?

I booked a flight Santorini-Athens for 2/11/2022 on August 31, 2022 for 4 people for 240€ and 31€ for the Air help option which was useless. On September 10th kiwi sends me a message to inform me that the flight V74111 retained and paid (10h35-11H30° is cancelled. He then proposed me a flight for Sunday October 30th (we arrived in Santorini on 31/10!) or else flights 3 to 4 times more expensive! I immediately asked for a refund as indicated on the email and to this day still nothing. They answered me that it would take time to be partially refunded (?) but 4 months later I find it very long. I have written several times but nothing has happened.
Perhaps you could intervene with Kiwi or Volotea?
