J'ai acheté une boite de légo sur vinted, le vendeur: fg2c, avait noté la boite comme complete. Lorsque je l'ai recu, fin decembre 2021, elle etait incomplete, il manquait pres de 200 pieces (l'equivalent d'1/5eme du contenu de la boite).
J'ai ouvert un litige sur vinted en expliquant bien le probleme et en envoyant des photos. Je n'ai jamais été contactée par leurs services et le litige a eté cloturé en la faveur du vendeur...
Le vendeur m'a bloqué et vinted ne repond pas.
J'ai été *INTERDIT* de plus de 100€ et j'aimerai savoir quoi faire afin de resoudre ce probleme.
Je me tourne vers toutes les solutions a l'amiable avant de porter plainte.
Pouvez vous m'aider avant que je saisisse un mediateur?

I bought a lego box on vinted, the seller: fg2c, had noted the box as complete. When I received it, at the end of december 2021, it was incomplete, almost 200 pieces were missing (the equivalent of 1/5th of the box content).
I opened a dispute on vinted explaining the problem and sending pictures. I was never contacted by their services and the dispute was closed in favor of the seller ...
The seller blocked me and vinted does not answer.
I have been scammed of more than 100€ and I would like to know what to do to solve this problem.
I am looking for all amicable solutions before filing a complaint.
Can you help me before I go to a mediator?
