Vinted - Non remboursement Vinted sur article arrivé endommagé

Bonjour,
J'ai envoyé un colis (vase) et malheureusement celui-ci est arrivé endommagé auprès de l'acheteuse. Hors j'ai protéger mon article avec du papier bulle pour justement le protéger au maximum.
Vinted refuse cependant de me rembourser et me fait porter le chapeau sur mon emballage. Normalement soit disant dans les descriptifs et protection, vinted devrait faire une réclamation et mener une enquête auprès du service de livraison.
Rien de cela n'a été fait.
Et aucun membre de l'équipe ne prend en compte ma réclamation, ce que je trouve inadmissible après mes relances encore et encore.
Je demandais juste un geste commercial ( remboursement, bon d'achat...)

I sent a package (vase) and unfortunately it arrived damaged to the buyer. I protected my article with bubble wrap to protect it as much as possible.
However, Vinted refuses to refund me and blames me for my packaging. Normally, according to the description and protection, Vinted should make a complaint and investigate with the delivery service.
None of this was done.
And no member of the team takes into account my complaint, which I find unacceptable after my reminders again and again.
I was just asking for a commercial gesture (refund, voucher...)

Sveiki,
Išsiunčiau siuntinį (vazą) ir, deja, jis atkeliavo pirkėjui sugadintas. Savo prekę apsaugojau burbuline plėvele, kad kuo labiau ją apsaugočiau.
Tačiau "Vinted" atsisako grąžinti pinigus ir kaltina mane dėl mano pakuotės. Paprastai pagal aprašymą ir apsaugą "Vinted" turėtų pateikti skundą ir atlikti tyrimą su pristatymo tarnyba.
Nė viena iš šių veiksmų nebuvo atlikta.
Ir nė vienas komandos narys neatsižvelgia į mano skundą, kas man atrodo nepriimtina po mano pakartotinių priminimų.
Aš tik prašiau komercinio gesto (grąžinti pinigus, kuponą...).
