Vinted - Assiette - article cassé

J'attends un remboursement de la part de Vinted concernant un colis envoyé avec 2 articles. Très bien emballé. Malheureusement, un des deux articles est arrivés cassé. Je demande donc au minimum un remboursement de la moitié de la commande (soit 10€). Et je ne laisserai pas vinted s'en sortir encore une fois, alors que soit disant nous avons une protéction et qu'il doivent mener une enquête auprès du transporteur. Ce qui n'est jamais fait!!

Vinted - Plate - broken item
I am waiting for a refund from Vinted regarding a package sent with 2 items. Very well packaged. Unfortunately, one of the two items arrived broken. So I'm asking for at least a refund of half the order (i.e. 10€). And I won't let vinted get away with it again, when they say that we have a protection and that they should investigate with the carrier. Which is never done!

Vinted - Plokštė - sudaužytas daiktas
Laukiu, kol "Vinted" grąžins pinigus už siuntinį su 2 prekėmis. Labai gerai supakuota. Deja, vienas iš dviejų daiktų buvo sulaužytas. Todėl prašau grąžinti bent pusę užsakymo sumos (t. y. 10 €). Ir neleisiu, kad "vinted" vėl išsisuktų nuo atsakomybės, kai jie sako, kad turime apsaugą ir kad jie turėtų atlikti tyrimą su vežėju. Kas niekada nėra daroma!
