Avis et Réclamation Opodo - Remboursement Opodo du vol sxb nce du 19/03/21 !!!

Le 19/03/21, la ville de Nice s'est retrouvée confinée suite à la pandémie de Covid-19. Les vols n'ont pas été annulés car les gens pouvaient revenir sur Nice, mais ils avaient interdiction de sortir de chez eux et devaient prendre des taxi pour rejoindre leurs domiciles. Ayant un séminaire sur Nice ce week-end, il a bien-sûr été annulé. J'ai donc annulé mon vol et demandé un remboursement pour cause Covid.
Depuis, il est impossible de joindre Opodo, sans payer un surcout de 5€ par appel !!! pas de service client joignable, et encore mois par email, juste un espèce de chat robot qui ne sert à rien. La seule fois où j'ai réussi à les contacter, j'ai donc payer mes 5€ pour me voir demander de me retourner vers la compagnie Air France, qui soit disant bloque le remboursement.
Cette dernière me dit bien évidemment, qu'elle n'a pas reçu de demande d'Opodo, que je rappel dans la foulée, re 5 bales, pour m'entendre dire qu'il faut attendre... Et ça dure depuis plus d'un an !!!
Quel est donc ce service commercial ?!!! Une pure honte !!!! Lamentable...!!!

Opodo Notice and Claim - Opodo refund of the flight sxb nce of 19/03/21 !!!
On 19/03/21, the city of Nice was confined due to the Covid-19 pandemic. Flights were not cancelled because people could return to Nice, but they were forbidden to leave their homes and had to take cabs to reach their homes. I had a seminar in Nice this weekend, so of course it was cancelled. So I cancelled my flight and asked for a refund because of Covid.
Since then, it is impossible to contact Opodo, without paying an extra 5€ per call!!! no customer service, and even less by email, just a kind of chat robot that is useless. The only time I managed to contact them, I paid my 5€ only to be asked to go back to the Air France company, which is supposedly blocking the refund.
The latter told me of course, that they had not received any request from Opodo, that I called back in the wake, re 5 bales, to hear me say that I have to wait... And this has been going on for over a year!!!
What is this commercial service?!!!!
