un voyage en avion pour Paris Toronto aller retour gestion catastrophique réservation pris sur Opodo avec assurances

ALLER
Depart 20/04 CDG Paris Escale Montréal qui devais durée 5h.
Suite embarquement a l’aeroport Montréal Direction Toronto nous avons attendu 2h supplémentaires dans l’avion au sol pour « problème batterie » résultat 7h d’escale.

Retour prevu 3 mai 21h10 TORONTO PARIS DIRECT vol TS188
Vol annulé mail.

Résultat, le vol pris était avec Escale le 3 mai depart 18h30

a trip by plane to Paris Toronto and back, catastrophic management, reservation taken on Opodo with insurance

Departure 20/04 CDG Paris Stopover Montreal which was supposed to last 5h.
Following boarding at the airport Montreal Direction Toronto we waited 2 additional hours in the plane on the ground for "battery problem" result 7 hours of stopover.

RETURN
Planned return May 3 21h10 TORONTO PARIS DIRECT flight TS188
Flight cancelled mail.

Result, the flight taken was with stopover on May 3 departure 18h30
TORONTO MONTREAL DEPARTURE 18h30 flight TS421 with stopover 1h30
