Lastminute (week-end Rome) - Remboursement billet d'avion covid

Après multiples appel à Last minute ou il me redirige sur des numéros erronés je vous joint ce mail.

En Octobre 2020 nous décidons de partir en weekend à Rome , vol N°1709402764, je contracte le COVID avant de partir nous avons pris une assurance COVID , nous leur avons envoyé un certificat qui déclare mon incubation.

Depuis ce jours, donc depuis 2 ans nous essayons de les contacter il m'informe que ma demande est passé en haut de la piste mais rien ne se passe, aucun remboursement ne se fait.

Je n'ai plus aucune solution vis à vis de ce litige........

After multiple calls to Last minute or it redirects me on wrong numbers I attach this mail.

In October 2020 we decide to go to Rome for the weekend, flight No. 1709402764, I contract the COVID before leaving we took an insurance COVID, we sent them a certificate that declares my incubation.

Since this day, so for 2 years we try to contact them it informs me that my request is passed up the track but nothing happens, no refund is made.

I have no more solution to this dispute ........
