J'ai acheté un billet d'avion A/R MUN-BCN en juin 2021avec option payante à 19€13 d'insurance annulation ou de changement jusqu'à 48h avant la date d'embarquement. J'ai voulu utiliser l'option 4 jours avant le départ, soit suffisamment en avance il me semble, mais les services de KIWI.com ne m'ont pas permis de changer le billet dans les délais. Le changement online était impossible et les services téléphoniques n'ont pas su répondre à la demande en 48h alors que j'avais donné les numéros de vols souhaités. Il n'y avait qu'à éditer les nouveaux billets. Je soupçonne Kiwi.com d'avoir délibérément trainé pour que ma demande se retrouve hors délai.

I wanted to use the option 4 days before departure, which is enough in advance I think, but the services of KIWI.com did not allow me to change the ticket in time. The online change was impossible and the phone services were not able to answer the request within 48 hours even though I had given the desired flight numbers. There was only to edit the new tickets. I suspect Kiwi.com has deliberately delayed my request to be out of time.

Koupil jsem si zpáteční letenku MUN-BCN v červnu 2021 s možností pojištění storna nebo změny do 48 hodin před nástupem do letadla za 19,13 EUR. Chtěl jsem využít možnosti 4 dny před odletem, což je myslím dostatečně dopředu, ale služby KIWI.com mi neumožnily změnit letenku včas. Změna online nebyla možná a telefonní služby nebyly schopny na žádost reagovat do 48 hodin, přestože jsem uvedl požadovaná čísla letů. Stačilo jen upravit nové vstupenky. Mám podezření, že Kiwi.com záměrně zpozdil můj požadavek, aby byl mimo čas.
