All of these flifgts have been cancelled due to COVID-19 pandemic. I formally requested a full refund through your website (« remboursement assisté ») on the 16/04/2020. We have been waiting since then (1 year and 5 month) and we recieved absolutely nothing so far.
I remind you the european law CE n° 261/2004 you have to refund these as the cancellation is not due to our (customer) request.
With no answer from you in the next 15 days, I will have to escalate our request to our lawyer and to the DGAC in order to get this refund.
