Bonjour, je suis toujours en attente du remboursement de mon vol avec kiwi(ainsi que celui de ma compagne rachel masnaiud). Ils me disent que qu'ils ont envoyer mon dossier au transporteur mais cela fait un an et demi que j'attends.

Mon numero de réservation est le 125094860 et le transporteur est last minute com.

j'ai changer au moins 10 fois de billet d'avion pour me rendre au maroc. Au lieu de mettre 3h , j'ai mis 12h à l'aller et lorsque je suis arrivé la bas vous avez tout simplement annuler mon billet retour.

I have changed my plane ticket at least 10 times to go to Morocco. Instead of taking 3 hours, I took 12 hours to go and when I arrived there you simply cancelled my return ticket.
