Avis et réclamation Kiwi.com - Embarquement impossible sur mon vol de retour egypte

J'ai acheté mon billet de retour d Égypte (Hurghada) via kiwi.com
Je me suis présenté au comptoir d enregistrement, ils n ont pas voulu que j'embarque.
J'ai contacté le consul de France en Égypte, qui m'a signalé une règle de vol spécifique en Égypte. Mon vol de retour via kiwi, devait se faire par charter, alors que je suis arrivée par un avion de ligne. En Égypte il est formellement interdit de mixer les vols. Vous arrivez par charter, vous reparter via charter, vous arrivez par un avion de ligne vous repartez via un avion de ligne.
Kiwi n aurait jamais dû me proposer ce retour, sauf en demandant quel avion j avais pris à l aller.
J'ai dû reprendre un autre billet via lufthansa.
Je demande le remboursement du billet que je n'ai pu utiliser.

I bought my return ticket from Egypt (Hurghada) via kiwi.com
I went to the check-in counter, they did not want me to board.
I contacted the French consul in Egypt, who pointed out a specific flight rule in Egypt. My return flight via Kiwi was supposed to be a charter flight, but I arrived by a commercial plane. In Egypt it is strictly forbidden to mix flights. You arrive by charter, you leave by charter, you arrive by airliner you leave by airliner.
Kiwi should never have offered me this return flight, except by asking which plane I had taken on the outward journey.
I had to take another ticket via lufthansa.
I am asking for a refund of the ticket I could not use.
