Réclamation Go Voyages - Attente de remboursement suite annulation covid

Suite à l'achat de 3 AR Pointe a pitre Paris et leur annulation j'ai fait de nombreuses démarches afin d'obtenir le remboursement suite à l'annulation pour crise sanitaire mais GO VOYAGES me stipule malgrès mes relances que le remboursement à été effectué au 15 avril 2021 sur mon compte .
Or , je ne cesse d'envoyer les justificatifs de ma banque à GO VOYAGES afin qu'il vérifie s'ils ne se sont pas trompés de destinataire mais aucune nouvelle en ce sens et de mon coté j'attends mes 1100 e depuis tout ce temps ...
