I bought my ticket on a Sunday morning and had a change of heart due to Covid-19 in the south and I called on money Govoyage to either give me a credit « un avoir » but it has been rejected
Whereas I canceled the ticket at least 5 days before the departure.
Initially when I called the service client in charge said I could get an avoir now I’m been told it’s not possible and I should make a reclamation.
It’s been months. And have been waiting for a positive response.
