Bonjour,
Cela fait plus d’un mois que l’agence m’as annulé d’elle même ma réservation.. cependant je n’ai toujours eu aucun remboursement. Je trouve cela d’autant plus inacceptable puisque les billets n’on pas été annuler de mon plaint gré !!
Ainsi, j’aimerais un remboursement au plus vite.. mais dorénavant je souhaiterais également annuler la totalité des billets réserver, soit les vols aller New York miam.

Hello,
It's been more than a month since the agency canceled my reservation on its own. However, I still haven't had any refund. I find this all the more unacceptable since the tickets were not canceled of my own free will!!
So, I would like a refund as soon as possible.. but from now on I would also like to cancel all the tickets booked, i.e. the outbound flights to New York yum.
