Avis eDreams (vol Volotéa) - Demande de remboursement d'un vol aller nantes/malaga du 6.10.21 annulé par volotea

Bonsoir Mesdames et Messieurs,
Sauf erreur de notre part, nous ne retrouvons pas trace du remboursement intégral du vol Aller prévu pour MESSE Pierre :
- le Dimanche 6 Octobre 2021 Départ de Nantes à 16h05 pour arrivée à Malaga à 18h15,
ce vol ayant été annulé  (voir ci-dessous confirmation de l'annulation de ce vol par Volotéa).
Ce vol aller Volotéa avait été réservé, en même temps que le vol retour Vueling, par l'intermédiaire d'E-DREAMS et payé par carte bancaire le 6 Août 2021.

Good evening Ladies and Gentlemen,
Unless we are mistaken, we do not find any trace of the full refund of the outbound flight planned for MESSE Pierre :
- Sunday, October 6, 2021 Departure from Nantes at 16:05 for arrival in Malaga at 18:15,
this flight having been cancelled (see below confirmation of the cancellation of this flight by Volotéa).
This Volotéa outbound flight had been booked, at the same time as the Vueling return flight, through E-DREAMS and paid by credit card on August 6th 2021.
