Dear Sirs, I purchased a ventilator on Cdiscount - Xiaomi Mijia Smart and on 05/07/2022 I canceled the order. This cancelation was accepted by the vendeur and I received a message saying that my money will be refunded. Nevertheless the money was taken from my bank account and I do not have the product. I already sent several messages to cdiscount without answers.
I want my money back! I don't have the product neither the money!
Please do something!

Chers Messieurs, J'ai acheté un ventilateur sur Cdiscount - Xiaomi Mijia Smart et le 05/07/2022 j'ai annulé la commande. Cette annulation a été acceptée par le vendeur et j'ai reçu un message disant que mon argent serait remboursé. Néanmoins l'argent a été retiré de mon compte bancaire et je n'ai pas le produit. J'ai déjà envoyé plusieurs messages à cdiscount sans réponses.
Je veux que mon argent soit remboursé ! Je n'ai pas le produit ni l'argent !
S'il vous plaît, faites quelque chose !

Your refund is on your customer area, under "my refunds". If despite our action, you have not received anything, we prefer that you click on the button "display the details of your reimbursement". You can then report "I have not received my refund". Our customer relations teams will look in detail at what is happening and they will provide you with a solution.

Dear Sirs,

I already sent the credit card extract and the bank financial statement which proves that I have not receive any amount from Cdiscount, at the contrary the money was taken from my bank account. I do not have the product neither the money. I am tired that you are delaying the reimbursement asking for the same documents over and over! Please proceed to the reimbursement asap and send me prove!

Dear Sirs,
I am still waiting for the reimbursement. I already sent all the documents requested and cdiscount is not giving me my money! Cdiscount is sending emails requesting always the same documents....no sense!

If you have not received your reimbursement, you must send us your bank account statement for the whole month of July. Send us this document via the customer zone.

Very bad service! I do not have the product neither the money. They never took the responsability!
