À l’arrivée, la maison que nous avions louée était inhabitable, insalubre, sale, une odeur immonde … Booking.com ne nous a proposé aucune solution de relogement. Nous avons dû prendre un hôtel à 90 kms de là, seul endroit disponible pour 5 personnes qui accepte les chiens. Le service client nous a d’abord assuré que nous serions remboursé et maintenant ils nous donnent uniquement 38,92€ d’indemnisation sur 260€ déboursés pour la location insalubre. Pour l’hôtel à Braga, nous avons payé 580€ + 50€ pour le chien + 18€ de frais de séjour. Les 2 nuits à Braga ont aussi été réservées sur Booking.com.

On arrival, the house we had rented was uninhabitable, unhealthy, dirty, a terrible smell ... Booking.com did not offer us any alternative accommodation. We had to take a hotel 90 kms away, the only place available for 5 people that accepts dogs. The customer service first assured us that we would be reimbursed and now they only give us 38,92€ compensation on 260€ paid for the unhealthy rental. For the hotel in Braga, we paid 580€ + 50€ for the dog + 18€ for the stay. The 2 nights in Braga were also booked on Booking.com.
