Après une annulation de vol due à la COVID, la compagnie offre un crédit et lorsqu'on veut l'utiliser, les billets coutent 2 fois plus cher qu'en ligne. De ce fait, c'est comme si le crédit n'existait pas puisque l'on doit compléter.
De plus, après avoir accepté d'utiliser le crédit, ils annulent mon vol à la dernière minute. Là encore j'ai accepté de trouver une alternative en passant par les USA, mais finalement je me rends compte qu'il faut un test négatif pour embarquer alors que mon conjoint est positif. J'essaie de modifier le vol est à présent c'est impossible : ils n'ont plus de place, me demande de payer un supplément et quand je demande à annuler mon vol ils ne me proposent pas un remboursement mais encore leur fameux crédit très restrictif. Je n'ai qu'un an pour l'utiliser et je dois décoller de la même ville qu'initialement.

Also, after I agreed to use the credit, they cancel my flight at the last minute. Again I agreed to find an alternative by going through the USA, but finally I realize that I need a negative test to board the plane while my spouse is positive. I tried to change the flight but now it's impossible: they don't have any more space, they ask me to pay a supplement and when I ask to cancel my flight they don't offer me a refund but still their famous very restrictive credit. I have only one year to use it and I have to take off from the same city as initially.
